Bleeding a hyro clutch?

    Do you have to bleed a hydro clutch like you would do brakes or anything else? I would assume so. So whats the right way to do it? Its for an 1984 S-10 /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    Yes, you do need to bleed a hydro clutch. I've always done it the same way you do brakes.

    where is the bleeder? Is that the one on top of where the hard line goes into the tranny? It points up towards the floor?

    I'm not exactly sure on an S-10, but all of the others that I have done, have a bleeder screw that's very similar to the ones for the brake system.
