Should I chrome these? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif Removing the bent AE arm and slapping these ORD babies on, shouldn't have a problem with these.

I wish I could sell Watson back my ORD non-high steer arm. When I purchased it, he said it might be compatable when they design a left arm. Well it isnt! Does he take trades? /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

  6. ORD? Doesn't that stand for "OLD RUSTY DOUBLER"? Nice arms Steve, aren't those going for 300 ducks a pair?

Yep, about 300. bones, they are very nice though, you can buy just the passenger side at first then if you want to go hi-steer buy the drivers side later. /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

    chrome won't get ya home

[/ QUOTE ] that's true, but at least you'll look good standing next to your broken rig. And you'll blind people when you hold your broken chromed part triumphantly in the air (in true redneck fashion) for all to see! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

That's true enough...plus I'm still on the fence regarding high steer. Being financially challenged sure leaves me a lot of time to make my mind up though /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

I wouldn't bother with painting (or chroming) them Steve. Just let your leaky engine put a nice protective oil coating on them.... /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Come on guys, we just left them like they came out of the mill, maybe we should paint them black before they leave? Actually, on further thought, if a part has inherent bling, so be it. Let the bling run free, don't try to hide your inner bling.

Anyway, I figured it wouldn't hurt to jump in and at least provide an arm that would keep pointing the direction it started. Fox's steering needed a little viagra, we're only happy to provide. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

That and we were about to design these arms around the tie rod ends and shove them as close together as possible so the tie rod sees as little stress as possible.

I'm not sure what happened with yours neil, must have been the last of the 1 hole arms. I'm not sure what to do with it, trade it off to someone that won't ever do high steer?
