    Hi,

I drive an '85 Blazer. Recently, A friend was driving behind me. He said that I had a brake light out. I checked it out today. The marker light comes on. The blinker blinks in the front but not on the driver side rear. Also, the brake light does not work in that one light. What could my problem be ? I appreciate any input. Thanks,

    Nick

All of the bulbs still light up. Could one of them still be the problem ?

check the socket, its an easy and cheap place to start. It's also a very likely failure.

Sounds like a bulb. The bulb in their is a two filament bulb. One filament comes on for the marker lights, then when you hit the brakes or turn signal the second filament inside the bulb comes on also. Sounds like the 'bright' filament is burned out.
