    I'm surprised BLM actually shut down - they aren't normally too proactive with fire management - They're more of an "ignore the problem and it will go away" agency. On the up side though, if the USFS weather gurus are right (this time), we should see some monsoon moisture starting on the 4th or 5th of July.
