blown speakers or what??

    well i installed to mtx 3000 10s in my truck about 3 weeks ago. with a MTX 250x amp, and just these past few days, they have not been hitting has hard and playing as loud, What is up with this?? i am running just a stock alternator too just incase you might wonder, or could they be blown? please give me a answer

    Did you measure the difference or do you just "feel" a difference? The second one has happened to me and it's simply that my ears are tired (and permanently getting damaged). Could that be it?

    If you actually measured them, maybe it's a loose connection on the amp's inputs or your head's outputs.

    theyre not blown, if they were blown they wouldnt work.
