    OK here is the question,

I am going to replace my body bushings with either Daystar or Energy Suspension. My Blazer 72, is going to need new body bolts for the bushings, after I get them removed, I would be suprised if any survive the Cuttoff Wheel, pretty rusted.

I thought I read a post some time ago, regarding the replacement bolt sizes and amounts needed. I searched the archives but to no avail??

Does anyone know the replacement bolt sizes and or a souce to purchase them. I have tried with LMC, and all the others, the only company that I can find with bolts is LMC and they want too sell the complete kit with bushings, I don't have a problem with purchasing the whole kit, the problem is that LMC only sell the bolt with the original factory rubber bushing, and I want the ureathene bushsing.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Steve Chin originally posted these body mount bolt spec's on the old blazer-net message board as well as here.

Yes. I already bought all of those sizes but haven't finished all the body mounts yet.

OK dumb question probably but informative, body bushings? when you do a body lift do these get replaced? and if I do a 2" body lift how many troubles am I going to have to deal with? Also should I replace my floor pans, etc. first or replace the body bushings first?

    LKJR,
i put in a 2" body lift in mine. you don't have to replace your bushings unless they are worn out or gone, mine were. I had to make adjustments to the colum shifter linkage. You will also have to move the bumpers up, the front does not look bad, it's the rear that may need a face lift. not sure about the floor pan...
