I got a deal in the works trading my camper shell for one of those cab over campers. My question is, does my body lift affect how much weight I can haul? I don't want to come out one day and have holes in my bed where the pucks ripped though the bed.

What I think you'll really need to watch out for more is a higher center of gravity now.

Um' you'll be O.K., as long as the lift pucks are the same dia. (as far as pushing through the floor board)

    But...
I'd think twice about puting a camper shell on a truck with a body lift. Higher center of gravity thing, would make it tippsy.
