Was at Scoggin Dickie today and was waiting on the guy to get my part, and noticed a body lift in a box...it had a notation printed on it stating they don't recommend using body lifts in conjunction with suspension lifts. It was a name brand lift but I can't remember who it was. So why do they not recommend this? I know quite a few people on here do this so....

My guess is to cover their butts in the legal aspect of the thing so if some hilbilly installs 20" lift and rolls his truck and kills himself they can't sue.... My theory anyways

I've seen that disclaimer on a Performance Accessories brand body lift. I also agree its a legal thing.

I run a 6" and 3" body and it said the same thing. I' sure it's just a legal thing.
