What are the stock TPI/width/lenght of all the body bolts in a 87 k5?!

I want to put in my home made 2" but don't want to have it all apart then find out the store up here has to order long bolts!

    Thanks

Off the topic, but I'm wondering what you made your body lift out of.

I don't know what he used, but I have seen people use boat rollers (from a boat trailer) before... you can buy them for cheap and then cut to your particular size.

2" longer than the ones you pull out, at least grade 5, and not as rusty.

Why don't you pull them out, take them to the store, and compare? They're 1/2-13, but all different lengths.

see now we are getting some where 1/2 13 is good, does anyone know the lenghts?

I would pull them, but like a said inthe first post, cold lake is not a hot spot for shopping so i would like to know before i rip the daily driver apart!

I would take all the bolts out of one side. I have a truck so it's different than a K5.

'80s trucks use different body bushings and I'd think different length bolts than '70s trucks as well.

grade 8s arent needed or specd for bodylifts... grade 5 is specd because it is softer and "stretches" better over time...
at least thats what the bodylift companies say in their literature

yeah, grade 5 is good for the body bolts. flexy too, less brittle. if anyone figures out the lenght of them let me know!
