body lift Question

    if a person is to put a 1" body lift on their Blazer, do they have to cut the radiator shroud and go through all the motions like a 3" body lift makes you do? and the same witha 2"? thanx.

    i liked this bumper sticker i saw, "real Americans DRIVE American"

    With a 1", you will have to trim a little off the bottom of the fan shroud, usually. Check your clearance now. If you have more than an inch between the bottom of the fan and the shroud, you will be okay. But, you probably don't have that much clearance.

    Only other thing you will need to do is adjust your tranny linkage. No fabrication, just loosen a bolt, slide it down the shaft, and re-tighten the bolt.

    No other mods should be necessary.
