I have the ORD 1" Body Lift not installed yet! From what I have heard with a 1" there is no modifications. I haven't installed mine yet cause it means I will have to cut on the bedliner to get to the bolts in the bed of the truck. The bedliner isn't very easy to cut either.

I installed a 3" on an old toyota truck I had, and vowed never to do it again.

They come with a step by step instruction for the specific model truck you ordered it for. Problems will be rustet stuck bolts, nuts that spinn inside the rustet out bodysuports , eyes filled with rust and undercoating from banging on them while on your sore back with the sore bleeding nuckles. They can be trying at times. .

You shouldn't have too much trouble with an 85, of course depending on the rust- use alot of WD -40[IMG]. Install is pretty straigth forward. Don't forget to adjust the tranny and t-case linkages when you're done. I used a couple of 4x4 sections of wood on top of the jack to hold up each side of the body. One side at a time and you should be fine. It is a really good idea to change the body mounts while you're at it.
