I am sure there is a torque for these, when I did mine I tightened them down snug, and when the bushing itself started to compress I tightened another 1/2 turn or so and left it. Seems to be working so far (using poly bushings btw). I am more worried about torque on other applications where uniform tightness is important.

I also put some white lithium spray on grease on the threads of the bolts in an attempt to keep them from seizing in the future.

Make sure to go through and re-tighten them at some point down the line. Some of mine had apparently "settled" and had loosened up a bit.
