body panel replacment

    i have a couple questions regarding fixing the body on my 88 Blazer Silverado. i need to find a good company that sells repro rockers and doors for a reasonable cost. and when i replace my rockers should i leave my inners removed so the outers wont rot out again? also should i weld my rockers in on use that body glue stuff? i heard it woks better and protests againt rust where you cant get at with paint? thanx, luke

    i don't know about the body glue or welding, but www.lmctruck.com has decent prices. you can order a free catalog and parts on the website, but you can't look at the catalog online.

    www.chevyduty.com has them too. You can also check around locally for aftermarket body parts suppliers since that's basically what they are selling unless you want to pay the big $$ for O.E.M. GM. You'd save shipping that way.

    They have the best pricing on rockers....
    at $10 ea...
