body tear?

    I have buddies that have broncos that have problems wheeling with their sway bars connected...the guys who disconnect them do fine...the one's who don't and dont have the top on tear the sheet metal on their body right where the top would hook up...granted they are F*RDS & the bronco has like a slanted cab backwards for the top to hook into...but it still bothers me i wonder if the same happens with k-5's? I bet you rock crawlers would know best....

    I would think the problem would be worse without the bar. I ditched mine several years ago. I have big cracks where you mention, plus everywhere else. I also managed to pop all the spot welds where the sheet metal attatches to the back of the door jamb.
