    I use any quality brand of DOT3.........just make sure you use fresh stuff, not the bottle that's been sitting on your buddy's work bench for a few years- contaminated brake fluid is dangerous!!!!!

    Running Valvoline Syn DOT 4. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, meaning it will attract and retain moisture. Moisture will cause the brake lines and other components to rust from the inside. I have 4 wheel disc on my 79 and it holds up well to the added heat and pressure. I also flush it every year.
