I know that not everybody has to replace the brakes lines with longer ones with a new lift. I am going to have to put new ones on mine. But is it generally just the front that need to be replaced? I haven't gotten to the back springs yet. But was just trying to plan in advance.

Some companies sell them all in a kit, so you get all three at once.
I would just do them all together to eliminate worries!

That has pretty much been my game plan with all the other repairs. But its starting to put a hurtin on my wallet. Well my wifes wallet. LOL! Thanks Emmett. Think I'll put the springs on first and just have a look. I still gotta replace that pinion seal for I go wheelin anyway.

I know how ya feel about the hurtin on the wallet!

You are going with a 4" lift, correct? I ran my 4" for about 1.5 years before I bought lines and I didn't even relocate them. But know I buy them when I buy the lift, or before I get the rig on the road.

If your wife gives you hell about having to buy new lines, just tell her you are thinking about your families safety! Remeber, Safety First! :)

Repeat this in front of a mirror a few times (trying to look real sincere.........) "well, guess I could get rid of the old girl and buy a new one.........we could swing that $400 truck payment, couldn't we?"

This method continues to work for me, 12 years after my first K5 was bought.........they still have to bi$%h a little, nature of the beast. (Sorry gals, don't crucify me for that comment [IMG].
