BRAKE SERVO?

    HELLO,
    I WAS SEEING A 6.2 DIESEL THE LAST WEEKEND ,AND WHEN THE OWNER LIFTED THE BONET,I THINK THIS TRUCK HASN,T BRAKE-SERVO! IT HAS A HIDRAULICK HOSES CONECTED TO THE BRAKE PUMP,IS THIS POSSIBLE?OR I,M WRONG?IF THIS IS CORRECT,HOW CAN WORK THIS BRAKE SISTEM?THANKS.

    Are you talking about the 1 ton hydraulic assist setup?Also....lay off the CAPS man! :)

    If it has hoses that run to the power steering pump and no booster its hydraulic

    Diesels do not provide enough vacuum signal to work normal vacuume power brakes. So, diesel equipped vehicles run hydro-assist brakes...
