My dad has an 85' diesel suburban. When he pulls to a light or a stop sign, the brakes seem to loose pressure. After you are stopped, they will loose pressure and the you will begin to creep forward. I looked for leaks haven't found any, and the fluid is full. Is this just a typical master cylinder giving way?? Thanks...

Sounds like an internal bypass in the master cylinder...

I would have to say classic master cylinder symptom.
