There is a part that sits under the radiator so to say the brake lines go in there and split to each of the front brakes, what is this part calledd and is it easy to get a hold of, losing all my brake fluid to the front brakes out of this box, keep having to refill fluid reservoir...any help?.

That would be the proportioning valve. Should be pretty easy to find a replacement.

The combination valve (AKA prop valve) is pretty pricey to replace. ($75+)

Make sure its not the flare fittings on the brake lines that are no good before replacing the combo valve.
