I got my blazer inspected today, and the guy told me the truck felt like the brakes were sticking. He said it felt like the truck was pulling a trailer. He said the emergency brake is fine and that I should have the brakes looked at. I assumed that because the engine was old that it didn't have much power. Anybody have any ideas ?

Jack it up and rotate the tire/wheels by hand it will be pretty evident if they are dragging too much. Otherwise take it to a brake shop for a "free" inspection.
