breakfast this morning

    I had left over from last night steak, baked patato, and aspearagus, and seviechy and a piece of fish and a coke for breakfast this morning. I love food :D sorry, fuzzy pic. was in a hurry to eat.

    I slept till almost 10:00, then Lynda and I hit the Chinese buffet for brunch. Actually Hibachi grill, and I had shrimp and veggies..........spicy! :p:

    you would think I would be 300 lbs eating like this but I can eat 3 or 4 times a day like this. hi matabolism I guess, and no I dont have a tape worm. im a 165 lbs soaking wet. :D

    Seviche is good stuff, I hope there is never a "mad fish" disease. Cooking the fish would ruin it. And is that avocado on top? Yum!

    Yes, but not really cooked, the citric acid makes firm up and get that cooked look. If you put in sea food other than fish it is normally cooked before being added, though.
