    Dan,

What diffs are you running? Remember my Auburn didn't hold up for only two years with 36's in the 12 bolt I had. Not sure if that is normal or not but someone had told me that Auburns are only good if 33" or smaller tires. Great to hear that you are in with the "POSI" crowd now!!

I have the 10 bolts but I have the 4.56's in them and only 33 inch tires. And I don't plan on going any bigger.. Hey I busted my front drivers side shock perch at frank raines. That'll teach me to disconnect the swaybar....LOL When I diconnected I noticed the bushings were pretty shot. And on the way home that day I noticed the front end felt diffrent so I just thought it was the bushings and I hadn't really drove it since Frank Raines. So I ordered new bushings from ORD. When we got in there to put the posi in we noticed the perch. Man I broke both lips off they were just hangin there........Dan

I got an Auburn in the rear 10 bolt with 32's and it's help up well for 3 years so far. I busted my drivers side shock mounts out when I was deer hunting one time. I got out of my truck and looked back at the front axle and noticed my drivers side shocks were just hanging there. Flyin' High Offroad makes a repair kit to fix the mounts. They cut off the old ones, and welded up the new ones and they have held up well so far.

I've ran without my swaybar for the last couple of years. The first time I drove it was really funny acting on the highway. I have a new idea about the front shock mounts that I'm posting on the main board.

I didn't see the part on the website but you could call them at (602) 272-2433. They had the part in stock, but that was a couple of years ago. The kit is for the dual shocks, and includes both right and left side lower mounts. It's not that expensive either if I remember correctly. I think I got the kit and install for under $200.

I called that # today. They gave me another # to there Fab shop. This guy had no idea what I was talking about then he says they are usaually $1.98 each then he askes me to fax him a picture...I went down to our local welding shop and they will Fab something up for me for around $60.00.. So I guess I will go that way.. The dealer said it is part of the axle so he can't sell me that part....Dan

I had mine done there about two years ago. I walked in and they knew exactly what I was talking about. He had the parts on hand. I don't know if they charged hand, of just stopped making the part. Sorry for the misinformation. They had it a couple years back, and there are thousands of K5's on the roads, don't know why you'd stop making it.
