My u-joint broke yesterday when I was driving down the road. First time my Blazer ever broke out on the road. The thing still drove though, I think these things were built like tanks or something. They just don't quit. I've been hit by a deer once too, and that didn't even put a dent in my truck. I believe these things are pretty much unstoppable. Well the u-joint was easy to fix and I was on my way again ROOORING down the road. Just thought I would share.

I had a 400 small in a 77 Blazer with 425 horse. Back on these, the transfer case had 2 high and low. Talk about torque. In two low I would break Spicers all day. I replaced 5 in one month.
