Ah yes, the grEat pursuit from OKC.

Surpip is right, he though forgot to throw in the :cough:ass kicking:cough: the old boy got when it ended. There's a longer version of the video out there that really puts stuff into perspective. People haven't learned that running from the OHP and more so OCPD is usually not the brightest idea in whole world.:D

The CLEET (the retards that are the certifying agency for OK LEOs) has the weirdest, stupidiest and just plain whacked qualification I've ever taken part in. I prefer the FBI combat course, it's much more realistic.

The OK test is pretty much the norm for most places, 3 ft., 3 yd, 5 yd, 7 yd, so on and so forth. This is the only place though that has the "from way downtown" 50 yarder. I don't think there's every been anyone in my agency to score 100 on our qualificiation, that includes the Marines and the other shooters. I've seen it done, by other Marines. The closest I've gotten has been a 95 once, a couple of 90's and I usually bounce between 85 and 90 on any given day.

The off-hand stuff for me is a breeze. If I pay attention to what I'm doing, I'm usually on target. One of these days, for giggles, I'm gonna shoot a full qual off-handed and see how I do.

The class I am taking is taught by Blackwater.
Most LOE's know about them, if not hit up google.

I almost always shoot a 238 on the pistol. The weakhand is what gets me at the further targets. 7Yds and 15Yds is easy with a 9MM.

the 181 on the rifle course is the worst I have ever shot....need more practice.

I had a guy from there try to recruit me a few months ago. Funny thing was that was when I busted him and three of his buddies out in the boonies having a few cold ones and practicing their shooting skills using rabbits as target practice. He had a really nicely setup M-4 also. From what I heard, he had a real fun time running the gauntlet to get that rifle back after I confiscated it.:D
