picked a couple of bumpers up at the salvage yard. cleaned em' up and undercoated / rust proofed the back sides of them. the rear bumper has about a 12 to 15 " scratch in the chrome, other than that perfect shape. is there any way to fix this, or at least hide it ? not a deap one, but still causing alittle surface rust / discoloration. thanks ahead of time.

Yeah, clean it up with some Super fine sand paper (or metal polish that doesnt leave a residue).

then use some Clay bar or tac sheet (the sticky stuff) to remove all surface impurities.

Then spray over with two or three layers of clear coat.

Or you could rough it up with sandpaper and paint it any color you want.
