Burnt Z71

    Out of town on business and the wife burnt down my 96 Z71. She was pumping gas when flames came up from the tank and the rest is history and it looks like the truck may be too. Just glad she was ok, lucky as hell would be another way to put it.

    That sucks man, so are you going to rebuild this truck or are you going to buy another one? Good luck.

    AAAhhhh Christ a IFS Blazer, jeez its stock too, does it get any worse??? Could be a ford.

    No idea if I'm rebuilding or not, depends alot on what the lawyer has to say Monday. As for the cause,,,,,that is the big mystery.b

    I rebiult my Z71 from an engine fire. Thats how I bought it. Someone left a rag in the intake tho so I know the cause of mine but yours sounds so strange!
    Do you have pics of the truck? If so can I see them? Id like to see how bad it is. If its not that bad and you have the time rebuild it. Especially if it has allot of sentimental value.....

    If you didnt build it, it isnt really yours.........

    OUCH, poor thing. I would be very curious as to how that started. Let me know when you find out. So I make sure it doesnt happen to mine LOL. :o)
