How hard was it to mark and drill the mount holes?

Pretty easy. The mounts for the bumper are tight to the frame rails, so all you do is put the bumper where you want it to sit, take a white pencil and mark the holes from the inside of the frame rails through existing holes in the frame. I drilled the holes 1/16" bigger than needed to allow for inaccuracy. But thats for 4 easy holes. I added 2 extra bolts, so it was kinda point and shoot on those /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Did dull out a few drill bits though, the bumper material is THICK!
