I was sitting in my truck this morning and noticed that the spot welds around the door jamb under the weather stripping look like they are cracking.
When I pulled back the w.s. it seems to be doing it on both pass.&dr. side along the top and down the w.s.pillar
    Is this a common thing?
    Should I be concerned? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

You mean at the back of the door opening, like where the bedside is tacked on? (I am assuming so). That is very common. You can re-tack it but will have to do it repeatedly if you flex the truck. You can just give up on it (I did after 3 tack sessions in 6 months). If you give up it will get worse and start cracking around the half cab. That is why the bedsides get removed on the trail.
