I emailed oxtrax a while ago and they said that they may do the Dana 60 in the future, but it would be a while if they did, not on their priority list.

Another case of a company catering to the jeepers. I like the idea of a cable-operated locker much better than an ARB. If they ramp up production and get some out there (like a D60 model for CK5 review!) i have a feeling they would make the ARB a thing of the past.

Yeah, I love the option of being fully locked or fully open, and eliminating all automation (air) makes the setup hard to beat. Your right though, they are currently making them for Jeep applications.

If you were trying to make a living selling differentials, which would you make first? Something for the rare Dana 60 or for the Dana 30 that's under zillions of Jeeps? Guess which one will keep a roof over your head and groceries on the table! [IMG]

I like the heck out of the idea but I'm going to wait a while and see how well they hold up in the field.

Yes, they make one for Dana(Spicer) 44, but don't hold your breath, its supposted to be available in Spring 2001.
They are taking orders today, something like $595.00, basically 6 bills.
    Good luck
P.S. I have seen one of the pro-types here in AZ. It looks good, but not worth 6 bills.
If the price comes down to $399, and Powertrax has the electic version for $399, then I would say
    its worht it.

I agree with Executioner on the price. I think $600 is a bit steep. I guess they think that since it's cheaper than an ARB then people will buy it. But I also think all of ARB's stuff is way overpriced (seen the price of one of their bull bars? OhMyGawd!!) At $400 I'd already be waiting in line for one.
