Not really a cadd operator, but I use it a lot. Civil Engineering (site development, public works, highway, avaition).

Been using AutoCAD since R9 (DOS). We have Land Development Desktop R2 at work, plus a bunch of related software for AEC. Check out our site: http://www.luckett-farley.com/

It probably only took 9 months because it took 3 months for me to lose the attitude of how bad microstation sucks. /forums/images/icons/mad.gif But it's paying the bills /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

You know I was messin' with ya man! (at least I hope so). /forums/images/icons/wink.gif I've been on so many survey crews
it's not funny. I know what goes on in the field, so I can relate. Anyway - bashing landscape
Architects sounds like a lot of fun to me! I actually get to do it on a daily basis since we have
one in our department. Actually, Landscape Architecture is a whole division in our firm - and
it's just ONE GUY!! WTF ??

I'm a mechanical designer with a large machine design company for now. However, I'm planning on starting my own design business late this summer or early fall.

I started with AutoCAD version 12 and have worked with everything in between up to version 2002. I also have worked with Mechanical Desktop (3d modeling) from version 3.0 to the just released version 6.0
