One thing to know going into the swap is that 10bolt calipers are metric (10MM) and D44 calipers are SAE (7/16"). I used 10 bolt calipers or my 14ff disc brake swap. I also needed hoses. I priced them at about 28-29 dollars at Autozone. I bought braided stainless from TSM for $50 bucks and they were shorter and came with brackets to mount them. They are much better for my money.
