cant get the damn thing out. I know this is dumb but I removed everything, distibutor, lifters and timing chain......I just cant seem to move it out. the cam is a .480 lift it cam out about 1/2 inch now I can only move it about a 1/4 inch forward or back. I cannot even get it to go all the way in /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Is it still lined up w/the cam bearings all the way through? Get a long bolt that will go into the front that you can use as a handle....
