Camo Paint Job

    I'm thinking of giving my 86 K5 the camo look. Anybody have any good pictures of a camo painted truck. Can abody offer any hints. Thanks

    I know they sell a vinyl kit that will fit most trucks.
    They have realtree and advantage patterns. The vinyl pannels cost about $50 each. The guy i talked to said for a blazer it would be around $500. He has had his truck done for five years now and still looks great!!

    Also, you probably are wondering where to get the paint. Rapco in TX sells Gillespie brand paint in gallons or custom filled spraycans, this stuff is very very close to the correct military FS spec colors. I recommend buying Gillespie brand, the Aerovee stuff goes chalky quick, not the best stuff. Rapco's number is 940 872 2403, you want to get the "383" green and "383" brown CARC substitutes. Black is black.
