    Can I Fit 36\"s

I have an 1980 Blazer K5 and am putting 4" springs in the front and a shackle flip in the rear. I am not afraid of cutting the fender/quater area can I fit 36" Parnelli Jones with out losing the inner fender wells. thanks

as long as you stay on pavement and don't turn. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif ---"I" think your gonna have tu cut----you won't have to get rid of the inner fenderwells but you will have to truim the fenders themselves

I had a 4" lift and had 36" swampers. It didnt rub on the road, but it was very close. You will have to trim for sure.

Based on my past experience, they will fit with trimming. You will be able to keep your inner fenderwells. I ran 36x12.5 TSL/SX's on my stock 79 K10. I mainly trimmed the front lower fender and beat the rear back. Now I run 44" TSL's with 8" of lift and significantly more trimming.

Ive got 4" and 36 tsl's also, i need to cut, you will be fine on the road but if you take a driveway too fast or go offroad you will rub. But cut fenders look better anyhow /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Those P.J's are 14.50" wide,so you are gonna prob mount on 10" rims...there's your problem! They will rub unless you cut!You could mount on 8" rims and maybe not rub,but that's a wide tire. You won't have to lose your wheelwells, but maybe cut the bottom 8" of them.I ran 38's on a 4" lift with wheelwells...a whole lot of cutting! But if you follow the factory fender lines, noone notices unless they get close.Alot of people think I run 36's just because the tires look so natural.Mike
