Can step dril bits be sharpened?

    no not really and if you wanted to try it would be a pain in the ass.

    when most burn out, it was because you were cutting something too think or hard ss it its a hss bit:crazy:

    you would have to grind down the dull step right down the the size below, i wouldent want to try , you will have to re buy/

    this time go quality and it will last.

    they cost a lot but greenlly are the best out there.

    try electrical wholesalers for the best price

    Corey,I know man,no worries.

    Ya,just looking at those f#ckers you can tell they'd be a PITA to sharpen.
