can tobasco go bad?

    i was just shooting some tobasco on my lunch, from the jumbo price club half gallon bottle and notised it is a little less reddish and a little more brownish.

    it dosent say to refrigorate so i don't....



    anybody? :dunno:

    alot of the different hot sauce and taco sauce will turn a brown color when the get old even if it has been in the fridge. Have not had any that have bothered me though. I tend to try and use mine before they get this way unless it is just some that was gave to me.

    i hope not. i have about 75 pounds worth of the itty bitty bottles out in my garage. :haha: :haha: :haha:

    we've had the same bottle for as long as i can remember and its still good. :D

    THE little 1 1/2" tall ones? cool, i never seen them for sale where did you get so many?

    friend of a friend in the restaurant business. he unloaded them on me. they are a pain to open though especially if you want a lot o sauce.

    I know that it has turned my insides bad on occasion. But you get used to sleeping on the couch with the windows open.........

    You know, those little itty bitty bottles make great fireworks. Not that I know or anything. :whistle:
