Was the Alaskan Pipeline one of the things featured on that program? Extreme Engineering (behind Mythbusters and InuYasha), is my favorite show.

"THE PIG". Now there's an interesting tool.

I kept looking for a square jaw flathead but no luck. I figured he'd be in the group trying to start the practice jet on fire with flare guns. :D

They sure talk funny up there, must be the cold makes their jaws stiff.

Yeah, we never stop putting pipe in the ground up this way. The wierd thing is that lately, most of the pipe getting installed is heading south......:doah:

    $20 a GJ within 18 months, I bet.

Can can, you're area just growing like a weed or something? That's about how it is here...most anything to do with homes is still through-the-roof busy.

We don't have enough trades to get any bigger projects done in a timely manner. Yeah, it's crazy. I still can't get over how much money is floating around out there- right now there are 7 houses being built in Canmore that are worth over $4 million each........
