I KNOW I will just go out monday a.m. and buy one of those things...saw one at the car show whew wasn't impressed at all....but I did see a (shudders as he writes) a decked Ford (man that hurt to type) short bed with nice meats front and rear axles, almost a decent looking offroader anybody know anything about it?, Talked with the ford reps and they where incrediablly stupid.

If someone buys this rig, they've got too much money and have to be bored to death. What can this POS do, besides haul golf clubs? Loved the review, bet he wasn't invited to visit Cadilac motors for testing.

It is a bit quicker than an Avalanche......I'm embarrassed for GM for making either one of them......Avalanche = POS.....Escalade = bigger POS......they both got sucky reviews......

Those are pretty nice...sat in one at the auto show...I wouldn't spend $50k on it....like I have it anyway....I know a guy that has one of those though, and its really nice. He put some 20" Dubs on it, that cost like $15,000 for the set...but for 50 G's I'd rather have a Vette...or the money.

I got many Roofles out of that review... the avalanche isn;t an incredibly horrid truck... at least the flying buttresses are a little smaller then the ones thrown on the caddy version. I actually like the avalanche about this much ---->____<------- although if I ever get the time/welding Skillz I plan to build one out of a 73 Suburban Hull which I believe I'll like this much ---->______________________<---- since I plan to do it up with Frikin strait pipes (8 of them, out the hood?) a 502 with vortech heads, my own ingenious Liftgage design, almost exactly like Chevy's, only better cause I'll have made it (power window), 44's, Rockwells front and back, and an 8 foot bed, extendable to a 10 foot 1 inch bed, just to prove HOW MUCH COOLER I AM them them....

    or sompin' like that...

Truck of the year should be a '76 with a 4 bolt 400 and fulltime.
