    Where can I get an accelerater pump for a 73 blazer rodchester carb? Are they in the carb rebuild kits or are they seperate? I checked at kragen and pep boys and no luck?

    You will probably have to get a whole kit. I am yet to see the accelerator pumps individually, however, this does not mean that they aren't available.

    You can buy them here: <a target="_blank" href=http://www.quadrajet.com/Quads/R4accpump.asp>http://www.quadrajet.com/Quads/R4accpump.asp</a>, but I would recommend just going AutoZone and buying a complete rebuild kit for about $20. Then you will have a new air horn gasket if you need it.

    When I bought the rebuild kit for my Holley 600, it did not include the accel pump.
    Autozone had the accel pump seperately, and it was very cheap (under $10 if I remember correctly?)

    It comes with the Q-Jet kits.

    If you do this, CAREFULLY compare the accelerator pump in the kit to the one you are removing. I bought a kit that had the wrong length accelerator pump in it. I just swapped the pump cup/seal over to the original one. The shaft doesn't wear.
