ok, a while back i bought a edelbrock perforner intake and a 650 holley that was a dirrect quadrajet replacement carb. it still has the out of the box settings on it. it's sitting ontop of a 305 and it's jetted to rich. what number jets would you say i should use for a stock 305? and any other carb steup advice would be appreciated.

did you set your float level?
the inspection windows on the side of the carb.
did you try to adjust the set screws on top, to set level?
adjust until gas just comes out of the inspection hole?

Catch RyanB on here, he can adjust a holly in seconds now.
