Your Profile says You got a holley system.
What kind of Holley FI system is it ?
If its a Pro-jection. Check for a leaky injector.
If your FI system is one of the newer Comander closed systems check the O2 sensor.

It is a throttle body type, I will check the O2 sensor in a few minutes,, I just took the truck for a drive and it ran crappy and even backfired many times until it warmed up, then the idle went up to about 1800 rpm and did not come down.

OK I removed the O2 sensor and cleaned it with brake cleaner, the Blazer seems to run a little better,,,,,But how can I test the sensor to be sure thats the problem? I don't want to buy one unless I have to.
