Catalytic Convertor

    did a '85 3/4T 454/auto come from the factory with catalytic convertor(s)? Another one I found has no CC and could be had cheaper but my state requires an annual inspection and this would have to be added to pass if originally equipped. Thanks

    See if the emissions label (the one required to be there by federal law) is under the hood. It will say either catalyst or non-catalyst. If it is gone, then go to a yard, and get a non-catalyst sticker off another truck, and if they hassle you just show them the sticker! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
