Prob a stupid question but anyways, I want to put a cb in my Jimmy and put the antenna on top. How should I run the wire: take the top off and run it that way or what. Im not drilling holes in the cab roof but I dont want it to look jerry riggged. Thanks a lot, Chris /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

If you run it through the topper, be carefull you don't pinch the coax when you bolt the top back down.

    Your options are
you can drill (it's not as bad as you think)
Mount it on the hood and route the wires through the firewall
Run it through the door jamb
"clearance" your top where it meets the cab so it won't pinch the coax.
