I got a new CD player for Christmas and I want to save up and get the Tuffy Deluxe Stereo Console and was wondering if anyone on here has one. I was also wondering if the CD will still eject properly with it being mounted in that postion. Its a JVC with detachable face unit. Thanks.

Most CD players will only work up to a certain incline angle. Check with the manual to see what the angle is.

If I remember correctly, the install tech told me that my Clarion deck will only work from +20 to -20 degrees pivot off center. The Clarion 10-disc changer will work at +90 degrees, however- sounds like a good excuse to upgrade!!!!!!![IMG][IMG]

I checked the manual and it didn't say anything specifice about the angle that the unit needs to be mounted. The Tuffy console mounts the the radio at an angle of 66 degrees, so it isn't mounted straight up. I guess I will find out when I get the console and mount it in the Blazer.
