My rear spring pack already has a normal style add a leaf and I want to add a Zero Rate as well. Will the new bolt you supply be long enough for this setup?

Our pins are about 4" long so you should still be able to make it work. If not, you can get longer ones at a parts store for.........about $2.00 each.
