    Roco,

Sorry I can't make it this time around. If you take Phyte, be sure he has his life jacket, waders, tow strap, and have him install his hitch before he gets stuck. Hope you have a great time.

Hey Laketex.. This is the "slab" in Kingsland Texas.. about 40 minutes from the Austin area.. if you move to Marble Fall's area.. i believe you'd be closer..
Look forward to having you move down this way... Good luck..
Derf.. No problem on keeping Jason out of trouble.. I can do that.. he has ordered a 6 inch lift kit for his Cherokee.. so it should look pretty sweet when he's done.. but it won't be lifted by the time we leave..
I can't wait to test my truck out up there.. this is going to rock !!!!!!

Does the TX4x4 Club accept members from outside Texas??? I went to spent most my life in Texas and went to college at SWT in San Marcos...I even bought that huge bumper on my K5 from Brown's Welding in New Braunfels, Tx. I'll be returning to Tx in a year or so and will need someplace to exercise my K5 since Key West only offers tourists and mopeds to drive over.

So I says to him, I said, "get your own monkey."

Well if this helps.. we .. a few of us don't have a formal club going.. so anyone can join in and go...
Now I have talked to a few Austin area guy's.. and they are very interested in starting a k5 club.. or just a Full-size chevy/gmc club.. but why not make it open to anyone... The more the merrier..
Let me know when you are moving back to the area... I like meeting fellow K5'ers from the area.. and have met some great guy's off this site... as far as Canada [IMG].
