    This thing looks awesome. It just reeks of fat, lazy, homeless, and beer drinking. I wouldnt change a thing

    That is kinda rough. Also, I think all Chalets came with the 400cid engine. Something else doesn't look right either. I don't think the bumbers had the black rubber strips until the 1980s. The mirrors don't look right either.

    Having said that, the bid now is at $430 which I would pay for in a heartbeat. (get the chevrolet pun)

    Yes the black bumper strips were avalible in the late 70"s. We bought our first Blazer (77) off the show room floor in the fall of 1976. It had the black bumper moulding. I also remember thay had a Chalet setting next to the Blazer we bought. I would say it's well worth $430.00

    Har har har Goose. Actually I think that Chalet looks more "like a rock" than anything else.
