So got this new rear CV 1350 shaft from Jesse, so i gotta install an new rear output flang on my 203. My question is, is it a simple as taken off the old and putting on the new with a little locktight? or is there a proper torque or anything else that needs to be done?

That's pretty well it. 80-90 lbft should be plenty if the crush nut is not doing the trick.

When I pulled mine, it was a major PITA. But every truck is different. I think it is a 1 5/16 socket. I had to use an impact wrench on mine, the 3/4" drive ratchet wasn't the right tool. As far as simple, yes, off and on. Just make sure everything is lined up correctly (yokes, u-joint allignment) or it's gonna shake like a mutha.
