I have an 87 Jimmy with a 305, stock engine. Just wondering if I can drop the oil pan completly. No suspension lift, and no body lift. Some of you guy's are probably laughing at me. But just wondering. Thanks in advance.

I have done it on a stock 79. Was plenty of room once the converter cover was off.
