Did GM finally go to a real TBI intake for those years? I've got an intake setup (minus the actual throttle body) from a '90 TBI 454. It came with a factory Q-jet iron intake and a factory adpater for the TBI. $30 + shipping and it could all be yours. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif It ain't fancy, but it works (and it's a dang sight cheaper than the $250 Edelbrock TBI intake for big blocks!) /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

You'd be way better off using a 4BBL BBC manifold (such as an edel performer) along with a TBI to 4BBL adapter (Holley makes one for $50, or pick up HarryH3's). While you're at it, eliminate the EGR. Used 454 TBI units go for $200 or so (check eBay), you might be better off using a Holley replacement unit (around $325- new).
